Waking A Sleeping Giant...
Today's playlist will include scores for two of the greatest (the greatest?) war films of all time.
Slap? Noooooo. Throw you head-first through a third story window. Why only three stories? Because there's always the chance that you'll survive but be paralyzed from the neck down and have to use a breathing machine and piss-bag for the remainder of your days.
I know you're a Zimmer man, man, (and I am certainly capable of appreciating a good Zimmer score) but that movie and that score are both garbage. Especially since he pilfered one of his best, The Thin Red Line (now that's a great score), for it.
