Seriously, though, what would happen if you played the atrocious Worker's Union at the box office? I'd like to hear people's reactions...

Actually we HAVE played 'Worker's Union' in the phone room, although I take expection to the term "atrocious." Not everybody's cup of tea, perhaps, but friends of mine that have played it loved doing so, and I do think it makes its political point most effectively. Maybe when I have a piece that has been played as many hundreds of times as this one has, I'll perhaps be more critical. It's fun; musicians like it.
